“Smile and Say Sole Cheese”

First Established in 2007 Sole Cheese from a small factory in Hoppers Crossing Vic with only a small handful of employees, Rapidly grown toward now a newly built Factory in Deer Park. Sole Cheese currently upgrades their equipment to keep up with the high demand of sought after traditional Mozzarella Italian Stretched Curd ( Pasta Filata ).

Paul (Paolo) who is from Sicily Italy, and who had started making cheese 20 years ago, grew a passion for his work, This passion has led him to pass down his skills to his two sons Vito and Daniel. Vito the eldest son, has travelled to Italy, France, and Germany, to skilfully learn more about the art of cheese making and has Perfected The Mozzarella making process to his own tune, for everyone to enjoy!
